ACR Movement began in 2010, offering personal training to individuals of varying goals, needs and physical capacity.

With a strong focus on postural and functional improvement, ACR Movement assists clients to obtain their dream of increasing physical performance, rehabilitating from chronic injury, or rectification of movement dysfunctions through corrective exercise and manual therapies.

Qualified through the C.H.E.K Institute in Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. The ACR Movement coaching model incorporates the four aspects to life which when combined form a healthy individual – Diet, Quiet, Movement and Happiness.
