Session Options
ACR Movement offers one-on-one training and coaching sessions primarily out of Stand Fitness Central (Garbutt) and other Strand Fitness locations throughout Townsville.
Participation in community, social and civic activities can take place throughout the Townsville region in accordance with participant requests.
In home service is available for those unable to attend a fitness centre
Small group, corporate and partner sessions are available by request if deemed appropriate to maintain effective outcomes for all involved.
