In the past, individual fitness coaching may have seemed like a luxury, but today, it is a necessity. Many fitness centers have become overly complex, many a time equipment appears too complicated or imposing to the uninitiated.  Group sessions (although a fantastic option for many) can only offer a standardized experience in a "one-size-fits-all" approach.

At ACR Movement we keep it simple. You will have an individually developed sessions that ensures safety, efficiency and  fits into your schedule to fulfill your needs and goals . ACR Movement provides exceptionally friendly service in a professional atmosphere of excellence. And most importantly, every moment is totally devoted to you. Your journey

What might your journey with ACR Movement look like?  Remember everyone is different, ACR Movement does not take a one size fits all approach.

Your journey begins with an assessment of your current physical, emotional and mental condition. Yes, we look at all stressors impacting your reality.

You may be required to complete some questionnaires. These can be in either paper form or all be done via the www.acrmovement.com.au website.  Completing these questionnaires will give a more holistic view of your current health and how your lifestyle choices are effecting you.

If appropriate, an individualized corrective exercise program may be designed to address any pain you are experiencing and address underlying cause of dysfunction. The program will enable your body to restore itself to optimal health and vitality.

Exercise programs ans sessions generally consist of corrective stretches along with resistance & cardio training. You will receive an easy-to-follow detailed description of your exercise program, including acute variables such as rest, tempo, intensity, duration, repetitions and sets (everything you need to know for success). This information along with video clips of each of your exercises is all available for you to view via your secure login to this website, or via the ACR Movement app.

Everyone progresses at a different pace.  You may pick up some movement patterns quickly and struggle with others.  Dedication and patience will  be required, but rest assured your Coach will be their to support you every set of the way.
